The FC Curriculum, and Ranking System is based on a 3 to 4 1/2 year Lakan/Black Belt Program. Due to the complexity and the amount of information in each level, care is taken in order to insure that you have a significant grasp of the material. There are 3 Levels of Instruction, and each level has three stages. Testing is required in order to proceed through the stage and consecutive Levels. Each stage should take anywhere between 4 to 6 months to complete. This period may vary depending on the amount of time you commit to your training.
