INTENSIVE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION
The following Terms and Conditions contain important information regarding the Intensive Personal Training Session. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you, FCG, and Tuhon Felix Cortés.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- To be eligible you must have a Full Annual Membership, or upgrade to a Full Annual Membership.
- There must be a minimum of 10 Members Enrolled in the Full Annual Membership Program for this offer to be Valid. Please check the Home page for enrollment updates
- You must be a Full Annual Member by September 30, 2013 to be eligible for the drawing in December 2013
- Your account must be current and in good standing with no unpaid balances due at the time you schedule, and at the time you attend the IPT Session.
- Cancellation or Downgrade of your Full Annual Membership will immediately terminate your eligibility.
- Re-accruing Full Annual Members will automatically be eligible for the IPT drawing and will automatically be enrolled as long as you meet the requirements.
- If FCG suspects a breach of the Terms and Conditions, or intent of abuse of these Terms and Conditions. It will result in the termination or suspension of the members participation in the Drawing, and any monies paid will be Non-Refundable. This shall be final and binding in all respects.
- The lucky winner will be contacted by Tuhon Felix Cortés to schedule the IPT Training Session.
It is important to check the Terms and Conditions periodically.
Participation in this drawing, and Redemption of the IPT Training session is considered acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any modified terms included therein.
